Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
EU orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch. International: 5–12. All tees are printed on-demand to reduce waste; production is typically 2–4 business days.
Where is my tracking number?
You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships. If you didn’t get it, check spam or contact us at support@darkthoughts.co.

Returns

What is your return window?
14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Start here: /pages/returns.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order to ensure accurate inventory and timing.

Pricing & Adjustments

Do you offer price adjustments?
If your item goes on promo within 7 days of purchase, contact us with your order number to review eligibility.

Order Not Received

Tracking shows delivered but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbors/building staff and verify address. If still missing, email us within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim.

Care & Sizing

How do I wash my tee?
Cold wash inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry for longevity. Do not iron directly on print.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide on each product page (“What’s my size?”). Most tees have a relaxed/oversized fit; size down for a closer fit.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay (where available). Prices include VAT for EU orders.
